Family Medicine OB Faculty Opportunity in Bangor, Maine
Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE, full-spectrum Family Medicine OB Physician to join our Family Medicine Residency Program in Bangor, Maine. The role includes full spectrum ambulatory Family Medicine as well as inpatient adult medicine, obstetrics and newborn service coverage. There is opportunity for qualified physicians to practice surgical OB. Be part of teaching the next generation of family medicine physicians and contribute to the growth and innovation of family medicine with OB in Maine.
About the Residency program:
- Tertiary care, big-city size and quality hospital with a rural medicine training focus and leadership that’s heavily focused in the success of the program
- Our program has osteopathic recognition and offers a full-spectrum family medicine curriculum including inpatient and outpatient experience in obstetrics, pediatrics, and a range of specialty clinics
- Unopposed 10-10-10 ACGME accredited program
- Our faculty have a small clinical practice and devote the majority of their time to teaching and supervising resident physicians in a supportive environment
